| This is another great tool in helping children and adults in the area of focus. Wrap the ther-a-band around the bottom of the legs of the chair that they are sitting in. Next, place both feet behind the ther-a-band and push forward. The upper leg muscles will be stimulated causing the learning different part of the brain to focus on the job at hand.
